Donna Crumpton first took part in Business Management at South Carolina Department of Corrections for over 7 years where she learned how to manage budgets for large facility projects. In 1990, Donna & Travis Crumpton started D & T Steel, Inc. Donna is now in charge of managing the office, bookkeeping, monitoring budgets, managing accounts receivables, and estimating projects.

Travis Crumpton has worked in a steel fabrication shop since he was 13 years old. At 18 years old, Travis was running the structural steel part of the fabrication shop. In 1990 at the age of 24, Travis & Donna started D & T Steel, Inc. Travis currently oversees the estimation, fabrication, and installation of structural and miscellaneous steel while managing all the employees in those departments.
