Larry Dowd is an Air Force Veteran that has been working with structural steel since 1972. He has been with D&T for over 15 years. Larry Dowd is responsible for final inspections and quality of the product, assuring product will meet requirements of the contract and be in compliance with the standards of AWS and AISC, working with the Department of Managers, QA Managers, and Shop Foremen to develop reporting policies and procedures that address remedies for non-conformance situation and their prevention.
