Scott Butcher has worked 21 years in the safety field. He is currently an OSHA Outreach Trainer and former South Carolina OSHA Compliance Officer III. For the past 10 years, Scott has been the Safety Director at D&T where he oversees safety & health programs, on-site inspections, incident investigations, safety supply evaluations & purchasing, workers compensation and insurance point of contact, and is responsible for site erection and safety plans for each project.
