Pam Girard has worked at D&T Steel for over 15 years now. She is the “Jill” of all trades who most commonly deals with processing change orders and project submittals, reviewing estimates, aiding in the bidding process, making sure the company policy is adhered to with a focus on employee relations.

Sam Rutland has been with D&T for over 25 years. He assists and coordinates company projects in the office, shop, and field; maintaining and organizing drawings for approval, inspection, and use for office, field, and shop. Sam assists in the bid process including procurement of pricing for materials, joist and deck, and communication with contractors and project superintendents to assure quality.
